AI SheetFlow — Terms of Service

The service

AI SheetFlow is a Google Sheets add-on that extracts structured data (date, vendor, amounts, and other fields you choose) from invoices and receipts you upload, and inserts it into your active spreadsheet.

Pricing & billing

Access requires a one-time payment of $1.00, which grants 15 processing credits. Seven days after that initial payment, your access automatically converts into a recurring subscription of $19.00 per month, billed via Stripe to the payment method you provided, unless you cancel before the trial ends. Each document you process consumes one credit; your subscription renews your credit balance each billing cycle.

This is a recurring, auto-renewing subscription. You can cancel at any time before a renewal date to avoid being charged for the next cycle. Cancellation instructions are provided at checkout and in your Stripe billing receipts.

Refunds

The initial $1.00 charge is non-refundable. If you believe you were charged in error for a monthly renewal, contact us within 14 days of the charge and we'll review it in good faith.

Acceptable use

You agree to use AI SheetFlow only for lawful purposes and only to process documents you have the right to process. You won't attempt to abuse, reverse-engineer, or overload the service, or use it to process content that is illegal, fraudulent, or infringes on others' rights.

Accuracy

AI SheetFlow uses third-party OCR and AI models to extract data from your documents. While the system is designed to avoid inventing values it cannot find, extraction may occasionally be incomplete or inaccurate, particularly on low-quality scans or unusual document formats. You're responsible for reviewing extracted data before relying on it, especially for accounting, tax, or compliance purposes.

Disclaimer & limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of AI SheetFlow, including errors in extracted data.

Changes

We may update these terms or the service from time to time. Material changes to pricing or billing will be communicated before they take effect on your account.
