AI SheetFlow — Privacy Policy

AI SheetFlow ("we", "us") is a Google Sheets add-on that extracts structured data from invoices and receipts you upload. This policy explains what data we collect, why, and how it's used.

What we collect

  • Your Google account email, read via Google's standard sign-in, to identify your account and check your paid status.
  • Billing information you provide to Stripe during checkout (email, payment method). We never see or store your full card details — Stripe handles that directly.
  • The documents you upload (invoice/receipt images or PDFs) for the sole purpose of extracting the data you request.
  • Account metadata: your email, paid/subscription status, remaining processing credits, and Stripe customer ID.

What we don't do

We do not store the content of your uploaded documents after processing. Each document is sent to our OCR and AI extraction providers for that single request, the extracted data is returned to your Google Sheet, and the document content is discarded — we keep no copy, image, or archive of what you upload.

Third parties we use

  • Google Cloud Vision — OCR (reading text from your uploaded documents).
  • DeepSeek — AI extraction of structured fields from that text.
  • Stripe — payment processing and subscription billing.
  • Supabase — stores your account status and credit balance (not your documents).

Each of these providers processes data solely to perform the function above, under their own privacy and security practices.

Google user data

AI SheetFlow accesses only the active Google Sheet you explicitly open the add-on from (the spreadsheets.currentonly scope), your account email, and permission to display a sidebar and make network requests to our own backend. We do not request access to your Google Drive, other spreadsheets, or any other Google data. Our use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Data retention & deletion

Account metadata (email, paid status, credits, Stripe customer ID) is retained for as long as your account is active. You can request deletion of your account data at any time by contacting us below; we'll remove your record from our database, excluding records Stripe independently retains for its own legal/tax obligations.
